I am sorry that you are struggling with this so much right now.
Part of the burden of anxiety is feeling embarrassed about
what we are going through.
Often others don't understand how we are suffering, so their reaction is not helpful...
....however, you may be suprised at how understanding a trusted loved one can be, so you may want to consider talking to someone in your family if you feel like you need a confidant.
Of course we are here as well. Post anytime. Keep up with the coping skills/CBT efforts. The benefits will most likely kick in and start helping soon.;)
