MeBad anxiety attack coming been trying to come all day& has alot to do with the pain I feel still badly in my lower back where both my kidneys are I think I should've been to th ER by now. Hope I feel better by Monday have to watch my niece&Iam starting to think thats not a good idea, and my mom just telling me about one of our old church members mom died this woman knows I hate hearing crap like this but shd still share with me like I want to hear this is one anxiety attack to much I want to punch someone feeln real bad right now need some encourageing word/words.

Aw Soul, I am sorry.:(

There is nothing worse than struggling with anxiety and then hearing some disturbing/scary news on top of it. Of course it can add to our burden.

However, remember that simply hearing about something negative has no direct effect on you, and can't hurt you in anyway...unless you focus on it and let it increase your anxiety!

If you are still feeling sick, and you suspect it is physical in nature, then go in and be seen by all means.

If this is anxiety messing with you and causing symptoms, then really focus on your coping skills for now.

Keep posting, we care about you and want to hear that you are feeling better soon!

Thank SC,but I feel bad&been doing my best to stay out the Hospital because I hate hospitals with truth but the pain is starting to be to much and starting to worry me because the Amoxicillin isn't working 500MG at 3xs a day this thing should be better by now.

Dawn, to thy own self be true, I just told Joy to get to the doctor and get some answers, so same thing
