A.L. -- I am not sure I have anything useful to tell you, but I have been where you are -- including very recently -- and I know it is a very tough spot -- not made any easier by a husband who has "better things to do" than help his wife through a difficult time. I hope you can find a way to get a good night sleep, by relaxing in whatever way works for you (warm bath, listening to music, breathing exercises, or, I suppose, a pill). If you get a decent night sleep, you will probably feel better in the morning. Best wishes, Medved
