Ive been doing much better but still have days/nights that are not good like now I had went all day without taking vistril,and out of no where tiredness hit me I have been real tired lately&I don't understand why last time I felt like this I did find myself in the ER to a 3day hospital stay because my blood count was low&I had to be given blood&iron not feeling to well at all right now real dizzy&think I may need to ho to the ER but I so don't want to.

At the very least you need to call and get yourself in to see your doctor tomorrow.

Fatigue in and of itself may not indicate needing to go in tonight. If you are able to get up and get yourself ready for bed, then you should be fine to wait until the morning and save yourself a trip to the ER. However, if you can't get up on your own, then by all means call someone to help you get to the hospital.

Dawn,

If you have a past history of iron deficiency anemia you should check with your Dr. or present yourself to the ER.  If your sx are being caused by anemia you and your health care provider must first search for the cause of your anemia.

Because they gave you Iron when you were hospitalized I am hoping you are taking a daily supplement of Iron ordered by your physician.

Thanks all I kept myself out the ER and Iam now under the care of a endocrine doctor to keep a eye on my thyroid and will be going back to my lung doctor to make sure spot on lungs is gone,and seeing my pcp to have a full woman healyh check. I have to find room to do all this working two jobs because I need the money to cover these dang dr bills. But have to because something is causeing me to have bad tiredness even after rest,and find it hard to breath at times taking my pump for my lungs more.
