I did it! I went to a few stores tonight with my mom. I was so scared before we left! Lol seems goofy now. I did start to have anxious feelings do to being over heating but as soon as I cooled off I was better. I want to thank Larry and R2R for the very kind words that they posted on my last post. That's reassures me that I am not really alone after all. yeah

Do you have social phobia?

I have a certain germ phobia that makes it difficult for me to leave. My anxiety starts the moment I know I'm gonna leave. I have to take an anxiety pill an hour before I can go anywhere. As soon as I get there it hits me. It's a suffocating feeling but will usually pass once I'm walking around looking at stuff. But then hits me again before checkout.

It's a nightmare and I hate it. Just know your definately not alone. And good for you getting out!

I have social phobia, GAD and PAD. Along with Bipolar disorder and derpession. I am feeling tired today I was so worked up last night that it was hard to sleep. I have a parade to go today and then will come home and try to rest today. Anxiety was very high and I am paying for it now. I am still gonna do this though. I made a promise to my son. I will post when I am home. Thank you for all the help and kind words.
