I feel like I have a fever. Warm to the touch but freezing! Oh god I don't want to be sick now. I took my temp and its normal. Anyone know if this is from the anxiety? Please help me.

Do you have any other symptoms of being sick? Could be that you are coming down with something, but without a fever, or the fever has just not started yet.
...however, I have had a flushed feeling in the face with a cold body temp that was from anxiety...and focusing way too much on my body's sensations!
So it could be nothing. You will just have to wait is out and see.
In the meantime, try some of our relaxation exercises from our Resources and see if that helps.;)

I don't do it anymore but sometimes at night I would be half asleep and start shaking like a chill, for a long
time my wife thought it was nerves but I really was cold, seem's to have gone away on it's own. Could we
be paying too much attention to our feelings? Peace

I woke up the same way today and it gave me the worst panic attack. I was chilled to the bone. I couldn't tell if I was shaking from nerves, or cold, or caught something. I got chilled a little bit ago and did some dishes and the hot water on my hands warmed me up. I freak out over getting sick too. I hope your well.
