Be a HERO mommy!! I had to learn to push aside my fears and anxieties a lot during the time when I was having daily panic attacks.
My oldest was a teenager and my youngest was preschool age...needless to say, they needed me, and I had to just 'sweat it out' through a lot of activities.
Of course, a lot of times, I found myself leaving the issues behind and just getting lost in the fun.;)
I hope that this is the case for you today!
Use your breathing and relaxation skills before during and after the event.
