4th week on Effexor, need advise!!

Hi, all. I have stuck out the Effexor and am now into the 4th week, starting at 37.5, then 75, and now day 3 of 112.5. I have still been dealing with anxiety, but mainly my concern is the jittery feeling I seem to have. Also feeling weird sensations in my head, like too much stimulation?? Anyway I just wanted to know if this has been an experience for anyone? I am not terribly freaked out, just wondering if this will pass??? Kind of feels like my insides are shaking, and relaxing is somewhat difficult. I have clonaz, but I haven't taken one for a couple of weeks. Should I not be feeling better by now? Are these side effects something I will have to live with? Thanks in advance for your input!!!! Lisa
