Does anyone else experience this? I feel like my head is always feeling weird now. Lots of pressure, occasional shooting pains, and my face and scalp feels numb, hot or tingles sometimes. It freaks me out!:( When will it go away?

Mine did this and I about
died from being scared! I had mine go away in about
a week or so. It is different for everyone so it may not be as long for you. I hope you feel better soon.

RH,
I am sure that you will recognize a few of these symptoms here from this list of anxiety symptoms.

In my response in your other post, I suggested doing some of the coping skills from our Resources (I put the link in that response) to reduce these symptoms.
Post often!

Thank you! It does help to feel like I'm not alone. That list really helps, too. I can't believe how many symptoms there are! It's crazy what the mind can do.
