my worrying/anxiety

hi, just checking in.

i've got a number of worries going on, i thought i would just write them out here to try and let go of them. first off is my car. i picked it up last night and supposedly everything is fixed, but i'm nervous about driving it today.

then there is a work situation where i made an error and i have to wait for my boss to help me fix it.

then there is my denture which i am scared something will go wrong with it. some days are easier than others and it looks like today will be a hard day.

i am trying to pray and turn things over to Higher Power which is what my 12 step programs tell me to do.

i also have daily worries which are irrational - like my clothes falling apart.

Yes some days are tougher than others! I am sorry that this is one of the hard ones.

....the good new? You are doing all of the right things to help yourself! Well done.:)

I am glad that you have your car back...and if anything does happen with is, which it probably won't...they should take it back and fix anything that needed fixing...no charge, since you just paid for repairs.

I hope that the remainder of your day is calm.
