It will go just fine. It is a fairly non-invasive procedure that should not cause discomfort.

Are you worried about the procedure more, or the results? Trying to pinpoint your concerns can help you to think through them better.

Use your coping skills to get you through...deep breathing and postive mantras will really help.

I am sure that it will not be as tense as you are anticipating, so try to envision a good outcome, with no anxiety on your part.

Yes, that is my fear as well...I don't like to have tests done, because I am fearful of the results...so know that you are not alone in this.

I like this quote...it helps me through the uncertain, what-if times.
