Hi Clay and welcome.
I agree with Larry, you do have a lot going on at the moment...both good (congrats!) ans stressfull, and it all adds up and can take its toll physically.
First of all, you will want to be sure that you are experiencing these headaces as a result of anxiety/tension and not something of a medical nature. Have you had a recent check up, and are you monitoring your blood pressure and BGL's for example? If so, and all is as it should be, then you can safely concentrate on focusing on stress lowering coping skills.
We have a great Resource section here on our main page (1st post) In it you will find instructions to exercises that can help lower your overall anxiety, thus lowering your symptoms.
A great one that could really help your tension headaches for example is PMR (progressive muscle relaxation) This, along with deep breathing and meditation skills can make a huge difference in how you feel.
They are all in the Resource guide. If you have trouble finding them, let me know and I will copy/post the links for you.
Keep posting with us as well. We understand and are here to listen. Support make a difference!
