Just checking in

Hey guys,

Haven't been on in a bit and thought I'd check in. Been doing good. No rescue Xanax for almost a month. Having some rough patches but in the big picture Ben doing good. Right now been feeling like I am on the verge of a panic attack. Just kind of wired, and having a couple of heart palpations. But going to read some of the posts and see if I can add any insight to them.

I hope that you can breathe through you current state of feeling off, and avoid an attack or worsening symptoms.

You have had a good reprieve up until now...so I am sure that you will get through this and it will be just a blip on your radar screen.
