I have my good days and bad days. Lately the bad days have been a lot. Today I dont feel good. I'm on benzonatate for my cough and tylenol too. But any symptom I have I think its something worse. I just want to feel good and have good days.

Try and distract yourself from what if thinking, honestly you have a better chance of a lighting strike than
a major catastrophic illness, You will get better, I am not afraid to Promise you this! Peace

Hi gg,
When we are sick, and feeling down physically...it is easy for our mental state to follow suit.:(
Anxiety is opportunistic and will take any chance to get us while we are down so to speak.
The good news is that you can fight back...all while doing things that are healthy and good for us anyway.:)
Using your coping skills is good for the mind and the body, so try to spend time on doing your breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, meditation, journaling, ect.
You will start to feel better both in body and mind soon.:) Keep posting and know that we are cheering you on...and sending wishes for better days!

Thanks guys. Unfortunately today is another bad day. Woke up with the same pressure in my head. Took some tylenol and made it go away a little bit but was still there. I keep telling myself its just your anxiety but it doesnt seem to help.

GG, I eliminated the head pressure with benadryl, it took several weeks for the head pressure to go away,
but my sleep quality improved immediately. Peace
