i have irrational fears like my clothes falling apart, my car catching on fire, having to throw up at work, and things of that sort. i just took my Klonopin and hopefully that will help me. i usually just take one but my pdoc and therapist have told me it's ok to take 2 which is what i have done.

one other thing is that i feel so alone. i get up really early and go to work early and it just feels like everyone else is asleep and no one cares about me.

I care very much about you D!

I know that I (we) here at the forums are not exactly tangible people in your life that you see everyday for example...but that does not change our feelings...and I know that many people here are your friends, albeit virtually, and have much concern for you and your well being!:)

I mentioned the use of mindfullness (in your other post) to help get you through the rough spot that you are in at the moment...have you seen the article on this on the very front/home page of HW? Take a look if you get the chance.

Every morning from now on - when you get up and think you have nobody - just say hello to all of us here - don't have to say it out loud - just in your mind think to yourself - wonder what all those people are doing - good morning to you all. Then say to yourself "this is going to be a good day" I have everyone pulling for me.
