hi, my screen name is display.

i'm having trouble with my denture. it started to fall out while i was brushing my bottom teeth. i took it out and put some more adhesive on it. i hope this will hold for the day. i have to watch my mind because it will keep circling back, worrying about it and imagining catastrophes.

who wants to wake up with all these worries? certainly not i. today i will try to pray and say positive affirmations.

Do not let yourself get caught up in the "what if?" thinking cycle.  If your dentures fall out you will put them back in and perhaps use a bit more of the adhesive on the dentures.

I can see that though you are worried...you are not letting it get you down.

You are doing great, and while true no one wants these anxious thoughts...you are dealing with them very pro-actively.

Sorry you are having a hard time with your dentures. I know what that is like - when they get loose like that it means your gums have shrunk a little since you got them. All you have to do is go and get them relined wherever you had them made. A simple fix and not very expensive - not like a new set of dentures.
