You are not a defectived (f'd up) person...just one dealing with anxiety issues.
Are you currently in therapy...if I remember correctly you are seeing someone.
What does he/she have to say on this subject?
I know that we have talked about
the gaming in a previous post. Though is may be hard, I really think that you should try an experiment...
...stop the gaming for a time and see if your thoughts change!
And of course, follow the advice of your therapist. Are you currently doing any worksheets as part of your treatment?
