My Dr, Cardiologist and Pharmacist all told me that I am holding myself tense, and in doing that I am causing my chest muscles to hurt. My chest hurts all the time, but I've learned to trust my Cardiologist that I'm not having a heart attack. I have pulled a muscle in my shoulder and it does radiate over into my upper chest area, but I have also concluded that since I feel it when I move my arm, it's the muscles again. When you feel like your chest hurts try to see if you are holding your upper body tense, if that's the case then maybe that will help you with the chest pains, knowing it's from that.
