I find being sick to cause anxiety as the "what if?" thoughts start sneaking into my mind. What if I miss 1, 2 or 3 days of work - how will I catch up, am I letting my co-workers down? I hate upper respiratory infections. Is it viral or bacterial and on I go.
When I am well I dream of having a day off where I feel "not to good" but good enough to lay in bed and read all day - but it never happens like that.
Drink lots of fluids and rest. No worrying and you will be better in no time.
