Constant head pressure

It's 6 months and still the constant head pressure and the pressure in my ears , it this harmful ... I know they says it anxiety and I had ct scan , EEG , and MRI done in August , but it won't go away and some days it feels swollen ... Help .... Does or have anyone had this , ... What helps .... I can't live like this .....

I don't know why this symptom happens...and as far as I know, it is not harmful.

The best guess I have is that it is related to tension. Have you tried Progressive Muscle Relaxation?

This along with breathing exercises have brought the most relief from this for me. (I have this symptom sporadically.)

The only other thing that I can think of that might be a cause is to have your ears, sinuses and the possibility of migraine activity checked out?

I have had it for years. Feel like I am swimming sometimes, I always attributied to sinuses. I learned recently it was this, although I had suspected it might be this. Just try to ignore it, thats what I do. I know thats not the best advice, but it is all I have.

Hi there i have had a similar problem 8.weeks ago i came down with a viral throat infection then i had two panic attacks then ever since i have had bad back,neck and shoulder pain followed by constant head pressure then i came down with ear infection then sinus problems and then two days ago i came down with chest infection and still got pain in back and head pressure i have worked it up that bad i have made myself a hypercondriac thinkin brain tumors and other things

If I am repeating myself forgive me, two years ago I started taking benadryl as a sleep aid, over several
weeks I noticed that the crazy head, air head feeling with bubble ears went away, my quality of sleep has
improved greatly and I was able to quit taking xanax daily and just carry it for an as needed assist, its a
simple thing I sincerely hope this result could work for others, Peace.
