Hi all if you get any type of head pain or headaches or head pressure or have had this can you list what exactly it felt like ....

Hi sick of it all,
My symptoms keep changing.. A few days I get pain that shoots from the back of my neck to the front. Then that went away and I started getting pressure like symptoms that even clogged my ears. Then that went away, and now I'm feeling light headed or a little dizzy when I walk or move my head to look.

I have had chronic headaches that I am sure is from tension. This can feel like a band around my head that is squeezing.

I also have occasional migraines, with and without pain. That ususally includes heavy headed feelings, head pressure/feeling of fullness, and then a sharp headache that follows.

Headaches are very common with anxiety. Progressive Muscle Relaxation, stretching, yoga and meditation all help.

Also, making sure to get enough water, and eating regularly...to rule out something as simple as dehydration and low blood sugar is important...and easy!:)

I get it all heavy head ness , tight tight band , shooting pains , feels like pressure in my ears , hurts near eyes area , weakness in arms and numbness , I had MRI , EEG , ECG and all clear .... Sometimes it goes away but it's still mildly there , ,,,,it's been six months ..., nono
And sometimes I feel sick to my stomach .....

I get these real weird tingling and numb sensations in my head also get some pain and pressure almost like a fullness. Its kinda weird not sure how to explain its not all the time i get different feeling randomly at different times

I know weird right , anxiety can really mess u up , it's crazy

I'll get shooting pains in my head that only last for a few seconds, especially on the left side. I feel slight pressure around my ears too. I also have the feeling of being lightheaded. Anxiety symptoms are no fun. sad
