Had to go down a dose - felt better on lower dose

Has anybody increased a dose of medication only to find out that they were doing better on the lower dose. That happened to me, and now I am having trouble levelling off on the lower dose. What a game we have to play with these meds. Sure is frustrating.

How long did you try the bump in dosage? Are you sure that it was not just temporary s/e's from the increase?

Have you checked out this site? It is mostly on weaning, but may give you some helpful ideas on decreasing and re-setting your levels?http://theroadback.org/

Yes I have had this happen to me in the past your doctor should be able to give you the correct advice on lowering your dose back down again.
