Slow down your breathing and if you have to, try meditation to the YouTube video posted in our resources.
Try not to Google
symptoms...( yes you may feel compelled to do it, you may even feel like you
can't help it, however we all can refrain from doing it ) in our frames of mind, we
only find the most dire things listed, find a new disease to fret over or we end
up with new symptoms. Googling only increases our anxiety and pretty much
choosing to Google will give us exactly what we ask for------------more
freaking out.
Relax and let go of the forum for tonight. Watch a good movie and remember you do have the power to accept the anxiety and let it move on through.
