Dizziness and nausea are very common anxiety symptoms. I hope you get to feeling better! :(

I've never really experienced that with my anxiety, so I'm not really sure hun. But, check out the post "Can Anyone Relate?" They are also experiencing what you are. It's a few topics under yours.

Im always dizzy and nautious!! ALWAYS! When I started my anti depressants last year this all went away, now that im not taking it anymore, it's back. It feels like you're literally sick or something is seriously wrong because of the dizziness. )-:

My first panic attack I thought that I was coming down with the flu.
I suddenly felt dizzy, weak, faint, nauseous...basically I was just waiting for the V to start...
Of course it never did, and I was left guessing.
These are all pretty classic signs of anxiety and acute stress.
Breathing exercises, as well as other coping skills help. Practice them everyday, and of course concentrate your efforts when symptoms are high.
I hope that you are feeling better soon.

Ya i know, I read its because your anxiety shuts down your digestive system and you just loose all feeling of hunger!
