Decent,
Are your symptoms coinciding with when you take your medicine? How long have you been on this Rx? SSRI's can cause side effects...and one of them is an increase of anxiety...until the drug builds up and levels off in your system. This can take up to several weeks...and until then, could explain your increase in physical symptoms.
Talking with your doctor about
the severity of your symptoms could help you to get the answers that you need. It can be hard to determine whether to hang in there with the medication during the start up phase...or whether a change is needed due to severe side effects.
Have you had a chance to do some of the exercises in the Resources? I will post the links for the best ones to start off with for you.;)
Give these a try...they really do work if practiced regularly...and keep posting with us. We care and understand!
