bad day

hey everyone Ive had a bad day or so, light headed, tight chest, hard to breathe, worried of a heart attack. I have my athsma and its been tough. I know its anxiety buts its so darn hard sometimes! I hope everyone has a great holiday and we can continue workign together to help one another!

I am really sorry to hear that you had a less than great day today.:(

The road to healing is not always linear...and we do take detours along the way.

Often times we feel that this is a step in the wrong direction, but this is not true...it is just part of the journey.

You seem to be dealing with this pretty well, so I am sure that you will pull out of this rough spot quickly, and start to feel better soon.

Use your coping skills and continue to be postitive...these things really help.:)
