This is of course an adjustment, but I believe that it will get easier with time.

After utilizing the coping skills here, you should find yourself feeling stronger. At this point, you want to look into starting a new hobby, taking a class, joining a group or volunteering to keep yourself occupied and anxiety free while your husband is at work.:)
