I went out and got a workbook tonight, called "The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook" by Edmund J. Bourne PH.D. I flipped through it in the store and it was half price, so I figured I'd give it a try. I'd rather get involved with what I'm doing, like answering quizzes, thinking about the things that bother me instead of just reading..seems to get better "Absorbed" mentally that way in my opinion.
But it covers alot of topics, relaxation, exercise, coping, exposure, overcoming negative thinking, changing mistaken beliefs, visualization, nutrition...meditation techniques. It takes me alot to pick up a book...but this one caught my eye.
