I just posted in another thread about how celebrating a new year when you are anxious/depressed can be a challenge!
While many people feel hope and endless possibilities...other feel apprehension and/or dread.
Making a list of things that you are grateful for and want to see stay the same is a good way to see the positives of life in a tangible way.
Conversely, making a list of the things that you don't like/enjoy about you situation. ..and how you might change them...brings about feelings of empowerment.
Need to do this myself!! ;)
