I can feel my heart pounding which is nothing new, but it feels like it's skipping beats and then going fast then going slow. I don't think I feel especially anxious right now. I know focusing on this isn't helping. Today would be day 4 of lexapro but because of recent problems I decided not to take it. I still have the burning sensation in my chest and throat and cannot deal with that anymore. Is it just anxiety causing this fluctuation or do I have reason to be concerned?

Mommieterra, you are having symptoms that are pretty common with Panic, Anxiety, and Health Anxiety
if you have had a good check up in the last year stop worrying, I have the same symptoms and I am 71
