it's messed up and making a really loud noise. I would like to take it to the repair shop tomorrow but I will need to ask my sister to give me a ride to work but I'm afraid she'll say no.

I'm at work right now so really don't have time to write more. I'm just upset and tired and scared and angry.

You are making an assumption that your sister will say no which is causing you stress. Ask your sister and if she says no perhaps you can negotiate a different day to take you car in to the shop.

Hi D.,

Why do you think that your sister will refuse you a ride? Is that likely...from past experience? Or is this anxiety and negative thinking trying to mess with your head?

I am sending postive thoughts and prayers your way...that you can have an easy resolution to your car issue, and that you can get through the situation with calm and confidence that every thing will work out, and be alright.
