Is it just me

It's possible that it's still too early to tell what's going on. Only your doctor would know for sure.

The pulse in your neck will reflect your heart beat. The fact you have a good, strong pulse is a good thing. When we have anxiety, internally we can magnify what we feel, and that adds to our underlying anxiety.

You were on Zoloft for 3 days and then stopped it? I don't think that's long enough for it to really get into your system. How long have you been off of it?

What other methods are you using to comfort yourself for anxiety? Coping skills are important! Hang in there. My guess is that this is heightened anxiety. Take some deep breaths and find something fun to do that makes you feel happy!
