Good Evening,Funny you should say "crazy" as I was just thinking to myself that I am acting a little crazy right now. I know this is one of the rare episodes I may get from time to time when I act a bit OCD. We have been away for 4 days and I want to catch up on everything today. Why? Just because I feel like achieving the worlds fastest return to normal after a vacation.
Now that is a bit wild. My neck and shoulders hurt, I am punishing my body but I want perfection and this is insane so I will stop and visit with you.
From a headache, to a bruise, to a stomach ache, many people somehow connect the dots and
convince themselves that its a serious problem. And then the panic
starts.
You are not alone! Many of the members here in the forum have health anxiety and some of them cannot leave home due to their fears of something major happening to them.
May I ask what you have been doing to help yourself learn to deal with this nasty anxiety. If you have not checked out our resources do take a look now.
I will post a couple of the links here for you:

As for me, I am calling it a day and shutting down the racing thoughts as tomorrow is another day. Even God did not create all things in one day.
Blessings,
