Try to hang in there until your appointment. Keep telling yourself that this is surely anxiety related. Remind yourself of the other symptoms you have had, that were scary...and that they turned out to be nothing serious.
Physical symptoms are hard to ignore, but with some coping skills and distraction...hopefully you can get through this tough time until you can talk to your doctor.;)
