Good'day all, I'm back and so is my anxiety. A few months back I had a blood vessel burst in my left eye. It healed in about a week.But, since then I have felt off. This last 2 months I have started getting really dizzy and nauseous when walking. It seems to be worse while I'm at work. This has caused my anxiety/GAD to come back and it might be worse than ever. I bit the bullet and went to see a "life coach" for the first time. He told me I have OCD and need to quit my job(work nights at local factory) but he wanted to talk more about OCD and himself so after the third visit I didn't go back. Not sure what has brought on the dizziness, but I wish it would go away and fast. Started running again Jan 1 and whats funny is when I'm on the treadmill I usually feel pretty good as long as I don't move my head too fast one way or the other. Anyone else have any of these symptoms? Not taking anything right now except a baby asprin a day.

You could possibly have Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. I have it, it comes on out of no where and leaves just the same. My Dr prescribed Meclizine for it, but that is also in Bonine, and other Motion Sickness Drugs. I also purchased DiVertigo from Walmart, it's pricey but a natural oil you put behind your ears and it helps with the dizziness also. Hope this helps you, I know that dizziness feeling and it isn't any fun whatsoever.

Although I am sorry that it is because of returning anxiety and symptoms.:(

First of all...have you brought the matter of the dizzyness up with your doctor?

Anytime we experience a new symptom, this is the first step to take.

It could be something as common as congestion/ear infection, or perhaps vertigo as Shadieeie suggested. There are certain medical causes that should be ruled out in other words.

Of course, this is likely an anxiety related issue as well. Have you tried breathing and progressive muscle relaxation exercises. Neck and upper body stretching and head tilts can also bring relief.

What else are you currently working on for anxiety management? I am kind of relieved to hear that you are done with the life coach, honestly.

I think that your time and resources could be better put towards seeing a licensed therapist.  Perhaps this is an option?
