Well you are not alone in your anxiety anymore.:) I am sorry to hear of your anxiety struggles...but glad that you have joined us, so that we can support you along your journey to seeking wellness.
Since you mentioned not wanting to return to meds, have you done or considered therapy as a treatment option? If not, I highly recommend that you look into it if it's a possibility for you. It has helped so many of us here, myself included. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) in particular is a great program to think about
trying.
Self help is also an option. In our Resources here, we have tons of info and coping skills to try...as well as helpful videos and book recommendations. Here is the link.

Keep posting with us as well. Like I said, you don't have to deal with this alone. We understand, care, and talking with others is a big part of recovery.:)
