Study

So I been researching &studying things that could benefit me on my true journey to
conquer&better manage this anxiety,for I've even thought over words&things I've said&I will no longer claim this disease as my anxiety. Tired of loseing days and awake moments in fear and stress,are not able to do anything can barely make it through a day of work without freaking out just way over tired of it&have had enough of it.
Excepting that I just may have this disease for the rest of my life but I have the power to do what it takes to not let it control,are consume me and my being because danger is real but fear is a choice. I have also started the journey of living&knowing thr higher one for myself,just not what I've been taught are told I must learn and know the One for myself. Was watching beaches a beautiful movie where one friend was living the life others wanted her to live&wasnt happy at all&the other friend was messed up&didn't have it all together was saw as the odd one but yet she was living the life she wanted to live,yes I have a disease that effects some of my abilities but it don't have a right to effect my being are cause me to miss life. I desire to live as if Iam trying to stuff many years into seconds for Iam alive. Iam living Iam somebody with purpose& I have a right to all good things and not be scared to live,are stuck in a box of I got to please this one&that one are I can't do this are that because of the rath of the higher one.
In my studying what can also help decrease anxiety I've learn that there are some natural remedies&are highly recommend by many doctors and research has proven them to be beneficial. Like oolong tea&green tea these two teas have the antioxidants that our brain&body need&oolong tea is high in gaba it's like liquid xanax and natural with great health benefits. Green tea is from china ancient history they would use to help cure disease&it has antioxidants in it to help calm the mind,I believe sharing is caring and I hope this information will help someone else out on their journey to healing.

Hi Dawn, when Lewis and Clark were mapping the West one of the party came down with a bad fever, Lewis sent a porter out into the woods to find a wild cherry tree, they pealed off some of the bark and Lewis make a strong tea out of it, the next morning the expedition member was well. Almost every medicine we have that's not a synthetic was a plant first. Peace
