I am really sorry to hear about
all that you are going through. It can be so scary and confusing to deal with anxiety/panic and all of the physical symptoms that go along with this disorder.
However, you are taking the right steps to get the answers that you need, so I've no doubt that you will do very well in recovery and management of these issues.
Along with working together with your doctor, there are a few other things that you can do in order to feel your best again.
In our Resources (see link below) are a number of stress relieving exercises and ideas to try. You will also find helpful sites, informative articles, book recommendations and other tools and coping skills to explore.
Reaching out here to others who understand is another great step. Support is key! So know that you can come and talk here whenever you need encouragement or have a question.

p.s. And yes, to answer your question...anxiety symptoms are infamous for morphing. Just as you 'get used' to one, things can change, and you can get a whole new issue that can throw you off!
