Hi Jeoch,
I am sorry that you are feeling pressured and anxious at this time. It is difficult to deal with all that needs to get done, and the anxiety that a full schedule and obligations can present.
Can you make some priority lists? This often help me to break down my tasks...making them seem like smaller/organized lists of things to do in order of importance, rather than on huge looming mountain of responsibilities.
I then set aside time for work, but also time for decompression and using my coping skills.
Here are some links with some good exercises to try:)

Also try to fit in some time just for fun activities, and personal down time where you can journal your progress.
I often have to repeat mantras to myself such as:
"It will all get done eventually."
"I am doing my best, and that is enough."
"I am capable of doing all that I need to do today."
It may seem simple (and it is) but speaking postive words to yourself is powerful!
I hope that you can find some relief and peace soon!
Keep posting with us and we will keep encouraging you.
