Yes, your doctor can help with a prescription if think you want and need help, get an appointment set up to talk about that possibility.
There are also some good self-help ideas to look into as well...
*Melatonin is a natual suppliment that supports our circadian rhythym and is taken a couple of hours before bedtime.
*L-Theanine is also a suppliment with relaxing qualities.
*Sound Wave Therapy/Binaural Beats. This can be found on youtube, or as an app. It induces theta waves (sleep state) in the brain.
Other things like exercise, (but not too close to bedtime) turning off backlit devices such as computers/phones, t.v., ect...at least an hour before trying to sleep, meditation and progressive muscle relaxation all help.:)
Wishing you rest and peace!
