messed up today

and it's all about work. i am really afraid i can't learn anything anymore. some of the tasks they give me at work are really hard to understand. i think it's because i'm so anxious.

today we have two projects to work on. the first one i always have to ask for help, and that embarrasses me. the second is one that i've never done before, and i am anxious that i won't understand it. worse, i have to work with my boss. he wrote me up earlier this week for a mistake i made.

i am smoking like a fiend and just so anxious. i would appreciate any positive thoughts or feedback.

it just seems like such a long day to get through.
