Please help, strange new feeling!

I've been having a so-so day. I know my anxiety is a little higher right now. I wrote a couple days ago about all these weird feelings and tingling on my left side. I've been trying to calm myself to believe I've been sleeping awkwardly because I have sleeping on my stomach a lot and then I put my arm/s under my body. Today I've been having some mild, similar feelings on the right side so that helped my mind a little.

I've been googling a lot and feel like everything is heart related. Ugh!

I was just picking up some stuff around the house and I stood up from bending, not too fast, and I felt this weird sensation that I can't really describe in the center on my chest and it felt like it sent waves through all my extremities, like a light tingling washed over me. It didn't really make me lightheaded, but it was very strange. Now that area feels weird, almost like full or gassy. If you were wearing a bikini top, it would be the area directly below and about the width of my hand. I tried going to the bathroom. I'm really scared! I'm home alone and it don't have a car!

hi mother, really sorru to hear that you are feeling weird,anxious and uncomfortable. i just put my own hand on the area you described, and straight away burped! could yours actually be gassy too? sometimes when i am really anxious, i too will get strange, tingly feelings radiating from one particular part of my body. for example, and sorry to sound gross, but if i need to use my bowels while anxious, that whole area down there and radiating outwards, will tingle. hope you are feeling better by now, and ia am praying for you, blessings

You had a Holter Monitor test with normal results and reassurance by your Dr. According to the recordings - the slight abnormalities noted never correlated with your symptom diary. Therefore, the symptoms you feel are not related to a heart rhythm problem.

This morning you shared with us that you cannot stop Googling and some friendly advise was given. From the time I was just a kid and my Mother or teacher would tell me to do something and I would respond with, "I can't", my Mother always said "Can't never done anything".

Mother, I get those feelings I am a man by the way, I take gas-x and it works fast, you do not have to
take it with food even though the lable says so, it will work, Peace
