My anxiety has really been high the last couple of weeks and I do get shaky sometimes. Last night I got a little warm, then this morning at work, I got chilled and cold but it went away in a couple of minutes. It is enough to drive you nuts...but I try to use humor too and tell myself that it's a short drive! You are fine and yes, it is just your anxiety. Anxiety put the nervous system on overload so even after you feel better, it's normal to feel tired. Your mind may have calmed down but your body hasn't yet.
