Need some comforting advice/help today

I want to apologize because I probably sound like a broken record at this point.

I have had swollen lymph nodes on either side of my neck and enlarged lingual tonsils and circumlativalle papillae for 7 months.

Any ideas as to if they could be related and as to why they are still there? I feel fine other than that. I just don't get why they have been there so long. I have a doctors appointment in 2 weeks but just don't feel like stressing till then so any advice would be awesome.

Could lymph nodes be perfectly normal even if they are enlarged? I can feel them and they move when I touch them but I truly don't know if they are that big and my anxiety is just getting the best of me.

I just went on a Google search and the only thing I can find is cancer or HIV... So I guess that wasn't the best idea so I am hoping to get some more realistic trusting advice here.

And I still have no clue why these bumps are at the back of my tongue. They say they are perfectly normal but sometimes it looks freaky and like thrush but thats only after I eat. I have had it checked and they said it wasn't thrush.

The common cold and tooth-related infections may cause lymph glands in the neck to swell.

On the back of your tongue are several larger bumps than normal taste buds. These are entirely normal and are part of your tasting and digestive apparatus. Their presence is normal. These taste-bud containing papillae are part of normal anatomy of the tongue. They may become inflamed usually due to viral or bacterial infections.

Back of tongue also contains the lingual tonsils which may be asymmetrically enlarged in some cases. Get check out by an ENT.
