I am sorry to hear of your recent stress and accompanying worries.
Work and travel can be stressful combination...wearing us out physically and mentally.
If you are finding that you are developing new fears, and perhaps wanting to avoid situations that were previously not a big deal for you, then you will want to find ways in which to manage your anxiety.
A lot of anxiety is based on fear of losing control...such as with a turbulent flight, or fearing falling from a high place. Therefore coping exercises are very effective as they distact the mind, and bring some structure to our situation and surroundings.

If you continue to have struggles, I woud suggest a consult with your doctor to discuss other methods of recovery such as therapy and/or medication.
