It has been proven, that setting goals, and keeping a positive attitude is effective in anxiety management.
When we are pro-active in reducing our anxiety...rather than seeing it as something that we are simply experiencing, or a victim of...we have much more success at reducing it.
I am suggesting that we start a goal/progress journal here, that we can all contribute to and share what we are doing daily for our recovery journey.

For me, I am going to work on catching my negative/fearful thoughts, and counter each one with a rational and/or positive statement.
Lately I have been letting them sit and fester...I don't know if this is due to laziness...or a weird self-defeating attitude creeping up...but I am not going to let either thing de-rail me.
I have been having a few life situation challenges lately...little things, but they are adding up.
I know I must use my skills in order to feel my best and not let anxiety try and bring me down!
Let's keep this going...please add on and contribute!!
