I was wondering if I could get a little off topic infomrmation

Goodmorning all,

As I mentioned the other day my doctor put me on a stimulant to help with concentration as well as anxiety. And it has been great.. expect I can't sleep at all at night.

The past 3 days I have probably had 10 hours of sleep. I am so tired and just feel weird. Is there any advice yall could give to help get sleep while on a stimulant? (vyvnase)

It works so well during the day and towards the afternoon it stops and I get the headaches but can't go to sleep.

I have klonopin but I really dont' want to take a upper and a downer . Even though it is perfectly perscibed to me.

Any advice would be awesome

Until your body adjust to the new medication I would choose to use Klonopin as lack of sleep always kicks me into anxiety. This is a personal choice of course.

I agree with Kitt.

That is what I did while on my ADHD meds until my body adjusted. It's a process...

I also agree that it's a personal choice. I'm sure others will pop along and offer some additional suggestions.

I'm glad this med is working well for you during the day. I was on a different one, but I agree with you,... when it's right, boy oh boy, is it ever right! :)
