I am sorry that you are going through this rough transition! Start ups can be very difficult...and although I am sure that it feels like forever...you are in the initial building up and leveling off stages of the SSRI phase.
It may take a couple more weeks for the theraputic benefits to kick in and for the side effects to fade.
In the meantime, do you have any favorite coping skills that you can use to get you through?

They could help you during this time of transition while you are waiting for your Rx to help.:)
