Hi to all!
Sorry I haven't been posting. I have been keeping myself very busy. Painting the whole inside of the house, stripped, sanded, stained the front doors and putting new hardwood floors in hopefully this weekend, if hubby gets the ceiling painted and the beams stained. Plan on redoing the fireplace, so been online shopping for that. I'm having a ball!!!
I have been feeling pretty good, and I attribute a lot of it to keeping my mind occupied on things other than my anxiety. If something pops into my head (like my usual chest hurts having a heart attack) I remind myself about
how much work I've been doing, and no wonder my chest hurts.
Lots of stress going on in my life also, not bad stress just the usual everyday stuff, but I am not letting it get to me, I'm focusing on the good.
Just wanted to say hi to everyone, and hope you all are doing good. Keep positive thoughts, and your mind occupied on anything but your anxiety, it really does work!
