Does anyone else have nausea with anxiety?

Basically, I am nauseous all the time. I'm constantly fighting the urge and it's getting really old. I'm on Lexapro to help with depression and and control my anxiety a little better, but it doesn't seem to be working yet. I wake up shaking/nauseous and it comes and goes throughout the day.

I was just wondering if this is normal? Is it because of my anxiety or should I be looking into other things?
